Not all Ford dealers are created alike. We all proudly display the blue oval above our front entrance, but here at Lacombe Ford we have built a reputation of trust and dedication within our community and for good reason.

This commitment to excellent customer service has earned us Ford Motor Company's Presidents Award for customer satisfaction in Sales and Service for 14 consecutive years. This is our team's measurement of excellence because it is the voice of our customers. We celebrate every positive review, survey or comment as one team and likewise work together to resolve any issues that arise. No such thing as getting the run-around, or finger pointing at different department's in our store. Our customers have an army of over 50 people all working to make their experience easy, fun and stress-free.

We maintain top standards of training and education, offer above standard assistance programs and we have a focus group of staff members that provide a "voice" to management about how to improve customer experience as well as staff experience. We will beat big city dealers!

We guarantee that we will beat Red Deer, Ponoka or any Central Alberta dealer's pricing on any new Ford in our inventory or on a factory ordered Ford when the comparison is based on the selling price of the vehicle including all fees, (and if applicable, the cost of financing, all add on products including Ford's Extended Warranty, life and disability insurance, protection packages and dealer installed options).

No tricks, games or gimmicks

The price we quote you includes all fees and charges except GST, there will be no surprises when it's time to do the paper work.

No high-pressure sales tactics

Over 70% of our monthly sales are repeat and referral. We are not in the business of jamming a vehicle down your throat or pushing you towards whichever vehicle we want off the lot. That's why people continue to return to us for years and years, and why they feel comfortable sending their family and friends to see us. This is how we make a living, treating people with respect and integrity so they will stay loyal to our team.

Open door policy


We are not part of a large dealer group. The owners and managers are always around and their doors are always open. We have a dedicated Customer Relations Department specifically in place to always make sure we are available to discuss concerns or provide help in any way to our customers.

I sit here thinking about how to write something compelling and worthwhile for any of those who've found themselves on our website and here, right now trying to decide whether to choose my dealership. How do I put into words what this dealership is, what we do and how it is different than others? We hear the same thing from everyone, all the time and in more places than we've ever imagined. Why Lacombe Ford?

This dealership has been in the community for over 30 years. It's been here through recessions, boom years and now a global pandemic unlike anything the world has seen in 100 years. We've stood the test of time and economic uncertainty for one reason only… it's our customer service and dedication to people, the people who buy here, the people who service here, the people who work here and the people who live in this community. We can make the claim of being the best at customer service because we can prove it. As we mentioned above, Lacombe Ford has earned the Ford Motor Company President's Award for 14 consecutive years, last 5 with Diamond status. This is HARD to earn. This award is presented to the Ford dealers in Canada that have earned the highest customer satisfaction scores. Those scores come from the surveys that our customers complete after buying a vehicle from us or after having a vehicle serviced here. We have the hardware to back up our claim of excellence in customer service. My team is the best and I am proud of it.

We know how noisy us dealers can get… everyone's claiming to offer the better price and the best service. To this I say, actions speak louder than words. Our "bread and butter" is in repeat and referral, in fact over 70% of our sales are that. That's our difference, our customers continue to return from all over Alberta to deal with our team. It's humbling when folks travel in from Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Ponoka and beyond to deal with us exclusively. Our people take care of our people; so much so that they'll trust us to help their friends, families and neighbours. We've achieved this by taking the time to train our staff properly and provide them with all the tools to feel empowered and "do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!" A lot of our hiring process surrounds character because my management team and I will task ourselves with developing the right people with the right attitude.

We don't do gimmicks. We aren't in the business of mailing out 25,000 fake keys taped to a flyer promising to unlock some grandiose prize if you come in. We aren't going to bait you with unrealistic weekly payments or hide the details in small print. We want you informed and comfortable with your purchase. Your vehicle is a large investment and how you decide on what vehicle, or what financing term is a process to take your time on. Our job as professionals is to provide consult and transparency so you are completely aware and happy with all the details. We want you to come back next time.
