Lacombe Ford was proud to partner with Neighbourhood Place & Walk for Wellness/Suicide Prevention as part of our Drive 4UR Community Event on Saturday, June 6th, 2015. For each test drive that day, Ford of Canada donated $20 to our community partners. At the end of the date, we had raised $2380 and that - along with over $600 from the charity BBQ - brought our total raised to over $3000. As a result, Walk for Wellness/Suicide Prevention will be a reality in 2015. The date for the walk will be Sunday, September 13th starting at the Memorial Centre.
It was an exciting day when we welcomed Laurie Macintosh and her family to Lacombe Ford. Laurie was the Lacombe elementary school teacher featured on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. Lacombe Ford was honoured to be chose by Ford Motor Company as the dealership to deliver Laurie's new ride. A fully loaded 2015 Ford Flex. A gift from Ellen for Laurie's generous pay-it-forward attitude. And keeping with the theme of pay-it-forward, Lacombe Ford was proud to present Laurie and her family with 3 years of free maintenance and Tires4Life.
